Purchased a ring a number of years ago whilst in Hawaii. Unfortunately fingers were swollen in the heat & once home was too big & could never wear it. Contacted Woodsman, not really thinking anything could be done, but was pleasantly surprised they were happy to change it for a smaller size. Very friendly & efficient service & replacement was in the mail system the next day. Very grateful & happy customer.

I purchased our wedding rings during a trip to Kauai in 2019. Unfortunately, my Husband's ring was too big and they were gracious enough to exchange it for a smaller size. Fast forward to April of 2024, I love mine while swimming. I was able to find an old email regarding the exchange and while Woodsman didn't show record of my name, since I purchased the rings at a dealer on the island, they were able to find the same email thread and offered me a discount on replacing my ring. I just received the replacement yesterday and wanted to post a review, as I truly appreciate the amazing customer service. I'll really try not to lose this one, but it's great knowing this company cares about their customers and will offer options to make sure they're happy. Thank you again!!!!
