Purchased a ring a number of years ago whilst in Hawaii. Unfortunately fingers were swollen in the heat & once home was too big & could never wear it. Contacted Woodsman, not really thinking anything could be done, but was pleasantly surprised they were happy to change it for a smaller size. Very friendly & efficient service & replacement was in the mail system the next day. Very grateful & happy customer.
