If your item becomes damaged due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it for free. Our warranty does not cover loss or theft. We must receive your damaged item to be either repaired or replaced. Shipping and handling fees apply.
Exchanges - We offer free exchanges for size or style within 30 days of receiving your order. So try it on, wear it for a few days, get comfortable with it. If it's not the right fit, simply send it back to us and we'll swap it out for another free of charge. Return shipping and handling fees apply.
Refunds - Our 30 day return policy also applies to returns for refund. If you're not happy with your item, simply return it with a copy of your original order receipt within 30 days and we'll refund the order. Items returned with a custom engraving will incur a refurbishing fee equal to the original engraving fee.
