30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for refunds within 30 days of receiving our product. If an item shows excessive signs of wear, there may be a small refurbishing fee. Download Our Return Form.

30 Day Size Exchange
We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. So try it on, wear it for a few days, get comfortable with it. If it's not the right fit, simply return the item along with our Return Form and we'll swap it out for another size. Return shipping fees apply.

Lifetime Ring Exchanges
We want your wood wedding ring to last as long as your vows, for life. So we not only offer an unconditional lifetime warranty, but also offer a lifetime ring exchange program. If you find down the road you're in need of a different size, no worries. We can offer an exchange for a new size for a small materials fee.

To start a return, contact us at info@woodsmanjewelry.com. We’ll send you a return form with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have along with a completed Return Form, and once the return is accepted, a new order will be sent to you via email to complete the exchange.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
