Warranty - We're so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our wood inlaid rings. If your ring becomes damaged, regardless of fault, we will repair or replace it for free. We want your ring to last as long as your vows, for life.

Exchanges - We offer free exchanges for size or style within 30 days of receiving your order. So try it on, wear it for a few days, get comfortable with it. If it's not the right fit, simply send it back to us and we'll swap it out for another free of charge. Items exchanged with custom engraving will incur the engraving fee. Return shipping and handling fees apply. 

Refunds - Our 30 day return policy also applies to returns for refund. If you're not happy with your item, simply return it with a copy of your original order receipt within 30 days and we'll refund the order. Items returned with a custom engraving will incur a refurbishing fee equal to the original engraving fee.
